1. Purpose
TinPro is a matching platform designed to connect potential co-founders within the French startup ecosystem. The service lets users create a profile, discover other profiles, and communicate with their matches.
2. Registration and Account
- Registration is free and done via Google or LinkedIn
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering
- You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that take place on it
- One account per natural person is allowed
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the service solely in the professional context of searching for a co-founder
- Not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Respect other users and communicate in a professional manner
- Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not create fake profiles or impersonate others
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the TinPro platform belong to its creators. You retain all rights to the content you publish, but you grant us a license to use it as part of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
TinPro is a matchmaking platform. We are not responsible for interactions between users, agreements reached, or problems that may arise in the course of a collaboration. Each user is responsible for their own decisions and actions.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.
