Terms of Sale

This English version is a courtesy translation; the French version is legally binding.
These General Terms of Sale (Terms of Sale) govern the sale of Premium and Pro subscriptions on the TinPro.fr platform, published by KOD.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale define the conditions under which KOD offers paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro) to users of the TinPro.fr platform, giving access to advanced features.
2. Prices and Plans
Prices are shown in euros (€) including tax. Applicable VAT: 20%.

KOD reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Changes will not apply to ongoing subscriptions.
3. Order and Payment
3.1 Ordering process
The user selects the desired subscription and proceeds to payment via our secure interface. The order is confirmed by email.
3.2 Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Mollie B.V. (Netherlands).
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- SEPA direct debit
- Bancontact, iDEAL, and other local methods
3.3 Invoicing
An invoice is issued for each payment and available from your subscription area. Invoices are sent by email.
4. Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month and renew automatically at each term, unless cancelled by the user.
The charge is made automatically on the anniversary date of the subscription.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Exception to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if you started using the service before the end of the withdrawal period and expressly waived this right upon subscription.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@tinpro.fr indicating your withdrawal request.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Cancellation by the user
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your "Subscription" area in your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period already paid for.
6.2 Cancellation by TinPro
KOD reserves the right to cancel a subscription in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use.
7. Refunds
No refund will be made for subscription periods already started, except in the context of exercising the right of withdrawal (see section 5) or in the event of a proven malfunction of the service attributable to TinPro.
8. Legal Warranties
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for digital content and services.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request that the service be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
9. Personal Data
The data collected upon subscription is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, you may use the following mediation service free of charge:

Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Lille Métropole shall have jurisdiction.
